TenTrix: the 10x10 block puzzle where nothing falls
TenTrix is a 10x10 block puzzle game by GamePix in which you drag pieces onto a grid and clear any row or column you fill. It borrows the line-clearing idea from Tetris but removes gravity: the pieces never drop, so you choose the exact square each one occupies. Three pieces wait in a tray below the board, none of them can be rotated, and a new set only arrives once all three are placed. The run ends when a piece in the tray fits nowhere on the board.

How to play TenTrix
A TenTrix game starts from an empty 10x10 board and a tray of three pieces. There is no clock, so every placement can take as long as you want. What limits you is space.

Pick a piece from the tray
Three shapes sit below the board. Shapes include L pieces, straight lines, squares and small L pieces.

Drag it onto open squares
Release the piece where it fits. It stays exactly where you drop it, because nothing slides or falls in TenTrix.

Fill a row or a column
A complete horizontal row or vertical column clears. Colors do not matter; a line only needs to be full.

Use up the set
After all three pieces are on the board, a fresh set of three appears. When one of your remaining pieces cannot fit anywhere, the game is over.

Tips for TenTrix
- Fill corners first. Keeping the middle of the 10x10 grid open leaves room for the large pieces.
- Send straight line pieces to the edges. A long line along the border often completes a row or column without blocking the center.
- Avoid single-square holes. Small enclosed gaps accept few shapes and tend to end runs.
- Read all three tray pieces before placing the first. The set must be used in full, so place the awkward one while space is available.
- Plan crossings. A piece that finishes a row and a column in one drop clears two lines at once.
