Merge Block 2048: shoot coins upward, merge, cascade
Merge Block 2048 is a 2048-style merge puzzle in which you shoot numbered coins upward into a five-column grid instead of sliding tiles. When two identical coins end up next to each other, vertically or horizontally, they fuse into the next tier on their own. One merge can set off another, and each wave of a chain raises the score multiplier. The run is over once every column is stacked to the top.

How to play Merge Block 2048
Each turn gives you one coin, shown in the NEXT box at the bottom left. Your only decision is which of the five columns it flies into. The first coin of a run is a 2.

The start card lists the rules and power-ups; the LAUNCH button under it opens the grid.

Pick a column
Hover or move the cursor to preview the landing spot, then shoot. The coin then flies up that column and joins the coins already there.

Line up equal coins
Two touching coins of the same value merge into the next tier. Three together jump two tiers, four together jump three.

Let chains cascade
A new coin can complete another match, and each wave of the chain multiplies your score. The CHAIN counter shows the current multiplier.

- Hover over a column to preview where the coin lands, then left-click to shoot
- Number keys 1 to 5 fire straight into that column
- Left and right arrows move the cursor; Space or Enter shoots into the highlighted column

- Tap any of the five columns to send the coin up
- Slide a finger sideways to preview columns, then lift to shoot
- The layout is portrait, so play with the phone held upright

Tips for Merge Block 2048
- Check NEXT before you shoot. Knowing the coming value tells you which column it should join.
- Build side-by-side pairs. Merges count horizontally too, so matching values in adjacent columns open extra chances.
- Hold coins for triples. Placing a third equal coin next to two others triggers a double tier jump.
- Do not bury small coins. A low coin boxed in by higher values has no partner left to merge with.
- Save Shuffle for a real jam. It scrambles every column, which can also break a setup you were building.
