Magic Finger 3D: pick up the aliens and throw them off the edge

Magic Finger 3D is a 3D physics action game from TapNation in which a pink, glowing finger lifts enemies and objects from a distance and throws them. Each level puts red alien invaders on a small floating platform, and you clear it by flinging every alien into the void, into each other, or into an explosive barrel. Level 1 is a single alien standing next to two wooden crates. According to the CrazyGames guide for the game, later levels add groups of aliens, aliens that hide, aliens with guns from level 9, a missile-firing helicopter from level 11, giant aliens from level 25 and a beach stage at level 27 where enemies go into the water.

How to play Magic Finger 3D

Every level is won by removing all the aliens. How you remove them is up to you: the platform edge, a thrown crate, another alien or a barrel all work.

  1. 1

    Look at the platform

Check where the aliens stand, where the edges are, and which crates or barrels sit nearby. The level bar at the top shows the current and next level.

  2. 2

    Grab something

Hold the left mouse button, or press a finger on the screen, on an alien or an object. The on-screen hint in level 1 reads "Drag to aim".

  3. 3

    Aim and release

Drag to point the throw, then let go. The alien or object flies in that direction, and anything knocked off the platform is out.

  4. 4

    Collect the reward

Clearing a level shows a "You win!" screen with the coins you earned. Press Continue to move on, or watch an ad to double the coins.

What sets Magic Finger 3D apart

Anything on the platform is a weapon

Crates, explosive barrels and the aliens themselves can all be picked up and thrown, so one well-aimed alien can knock another off the edge.

Enemies change as you climb

The CrazyGames guide lists new threats by level: armed aliens at 9, a helicopter at 11, giant aliens at 25 and a water stage at 27.

Coins and abilities after each win

The results screen adds 50 coins for level 1 and fills a "New ability" bar; a bomb power is marked as unlocking at level 6.

One-finger portrait play

The whole game runs on hold, drag and release, and the 3:4 layout suits a phone held upright.

Tips for Magic Finger 3D

  • Go for double kills. CrazyGames suggests picking an object of the right size and lining it up so it hits two aliens at once.
  • Let them group up, briefly. Aliens that bunch together are easier to hit with one throw, but waiting too long gives them time to act.
  • Shooters first. From level 9 some aliens carry guns; the guide recommends removing those before the rest.
  • Deal with the helicopter early. From level 11 a helicopter fires missiles at you, so take it down before cleaning up the ground troops.
  • Giants need several hits. The large aliens from level 25 do not fall to one throw; keep a few crates within reach.

Who is Magic Finger 3D for?

Physics sandbox fans

Players who enjoy seeing objects bounce, collide and tumble off ledges.

Short-session phone players

Early levels take seconds, and the only input is a single drag.

Players who like a slow ramp

The game starts with one alien and adds new enemy types over dozens of levels.

Coins, abilities and level progress

A level ends when no aliens remain on the platform. The win screen shows the coins earned (50 on level 1), an optional ad button that doubles them, and progress bars toward a new ability and an unlockable item. Coins are spent in the Shop on the left of the level screen. CrazyGames notes that the magic finger gets stronger the further you go, until aliens can be defeated without throwing them off the edge at all.
