Wild Hunting Clash: a rifle scope, a forest hillside and one deer to find

Wild Hunting Clash is a hunting shooter played almost entirely through a rifle scope: you sweep the sight across grassy hills, rocks and pine forest, find the animal and fire. In the first hunt you never walk anywhere — the whole task is aiming. A red arrow on the edge of the scope points toward game that is out of view, and once you have the animal under the crosshair, a single press of Space (or a tap on the bullet button) takes the shot. Missing is allowed; the game tells you so and lets you shoot again. Click or tap the title screen. The game opens straight into the scope view, with a deer standing near a rock.

Drag to aim
Follow the on-screen instruction "Tap and move around to aim": press on the view and move to swing the scope. The motion is sensitive, so small movements work best.

Follow the red arrow
If the animal drifts out of the scope, a red arrow on the rim shows which direction to turn.

Fire
With the animal under the red dot, press Space or tap the yellow bullet button in the lower-right corner. If the shot misses, the game prompts you to shoot again.

The rifle sight fills the view, with range ticks, a centre ring and a small red dot. The red dot in the middle marks your aim point.

An arrow that points to the animal

A red marker on the edge of the scope turns to show where the target went, which matters because the zoomed view often shows nothing but grass.

Misses are part of the hunt

A missed shot does not end the hunt. The game shows "You missed, shoot again" and you take another try.
