Stickman Fighter Mega Brawl: hold the middle, hit whoever arrives first

Stickman Fighter Mega Brawl is a 2D stickman fighting game by Playtouch built on one idea: your fighter stands still in the middle of the screen, grey stickmen walk in from the left and right, and you press the matching arrow key at the moment each one reaches striking range. A counter under your feet shows how many opponents are left in the level (18 on level 1), and clearing them all finishes the level. Between levels you spend coins in a shop full of weapons, consumable power-ups and upgrades, then use those items mid-fight by clicking their icons. Playtouch also made Stickman Fighter Epic Battle, which uses the same left-right idea with on-screen fist buttons and a weapon upgrade tree; Mega Brawl is the one built around buyable power-up cards.

How to play Stickman Fighter Mega Brawl

Every level is a queue of attackers. You never walk; you only decide which side to hit and when.

Pick a level and visit the shop
Press the green play button, pick an unlocked level, and the shop opens. Buy or equip weapons and power-ups, then press the orange play button.

Watch the range bars
A bar sits on each side of your feet. As an enemy walks over it the bar fills; the edge of the bar is the best moment to strike.

Punch the right side
Press Left for an enemy on the left and Right for one on the right. Pressing when nobody is in range wastes the move and breaks your streak.

Finish the last enemy
When the counter reaches the final opponent, GamePix says you can pummel him for extra coins. Stars are then awarded for speed, skill and remaining health.

What sets Stickman Fighter Mega Brawl apart

Rhythm over button-mashing

GamePix warns that mashing makes you stumble and throws away your streak. Hitting each enemy at the edge of the range bar is what keeps a level under control.

Power-up cards you buy

The shop sells four consumable power-ups for 300 to 600 coins, and two slots let you carry them into a level and click them when the crowd gets thick.

Eight weapons to unlock

The first shop row lists eight weapons, including a baton, hammer, bow, scimitar, rifle and spiked mace, priced from 500 to 1,800 coins, with an arrow to a further page.

Health, rage and armour upgrades

Separate items raise your health, upgrade the wolf-head rage ability (2,000 coins) and add armour, so progress carries over between levels.

Tips for Stickman Fighter Mega Brawl

Let them come to you. Wait until the enemy is at the outer edge of the range bar; an early press whiffs.
Save power-ups for crowds. GamePix's own tip is to keep power-ups for the moments when you are overwhelmed.
Farm the last enemy. Time the final opponent well and you get a chance to pummel him for extra coins.
Watch the ad only when you need a weapon. One video in the shop pays 1,000 coins, enough for any of the cheaper weapons.
Keep health high. Remaining health counts toward the star rating, so a clean level is worth more than a close one.
