DTA 6: a GTA-style town seen through your own eyes
DTA 6 is a first-person open-world sandbox in blocky low-poly 3D, which GamePix describes as a GTA-inspired game built to run casually in a browser. You start inside a house with 500$ and a bat, walk out into a snowy town, and decide for yourself what to do: take cars, buy weapons, pick money off people or pick fights. There are no missions to follow. Crimes fill a wanted meter of up to five stars that sends police after you, dying at 0% HP loads your last save, and a phone opened with Q lets you save, shop and buy cars. The only playable character for now is Jack, whose ability is slowing time with F; two more character slots read "Coming soon".

How to play DTA 6
DTA 6 has no story path. The in-game tutorial covers the controls and rules, and the rest is up to you.
- 1
Pick Jack
Press Start, then choose Jack on the character screen. His card lists two traits: he slows time, and his special item is a bat.
- 2
Read the tutorial cards
Six cards explain walking, driving, money, saving, the wanted system and death. Close them with the red X when you are done.
- 3
Get money and gear
Collect cash from people or take it from other places, then spend it at the weapon shop or on cars through the phone.
- 4
Save often
Use the save button in your house or the Save Game app on the phone. At 0% HP the game reloads your last save.

What sets DTA 6 apart
First-person, not over the shoulder
You see the town through the character's eyes, with his hands at the bottom of the screen; GamePix's own page calls DTA 6 a first-person sandbox.
Slow time on demand
Pressing F slows the action down, the ability listed on Jack's character card. GamePix suggests it for moments when a fight gets out of hand.
A phone as your menu
Q brings up a phone with three apps: Shop, Duber and Save Game. The tutorial says it is where you buy cars, get money and save.
Five-star wanted meter
Killing people raises your wanted stars, shown as 0/5 under your money. Police hunt you while it is up; killing police brings it back down.
Tips for DTA 6
- Save before you start trouble. Dying loads the last save, so a save right before a fight keeps whatever cash and gear you had.
- Use the minimap. GamePix points out that the corner map marks places such as weapon shops.
- Keep your distance from crowds. Some pedestrians turn hostile when you get close, and one attacker can pull a group in with him.
- Get in a car when the police arrive. GamePix recommends vehicles as both cover and a weapon against cops.
- Save F for emergencies. Slowing time gives you room to aim when several enemies close in at once.
Who is DTA 6 for?

The open-town, steal-a-car, wanted-stars loop without a large download.
Sandbox players
No missions or timer; you set your own goals in the town.
Players who like to explore
The tutorial invites you to search the map for different cars and easter eggs.
Money, stars and saves
DTA 6 has no score or win screen. Your progress is what you own: the money counter starts at 500$ and rises with cash taken from people and places, and it pays for weapons, ammo and cars. The wanted counter runs from 0 to 5 stars and only goes down when you fight back against the police. Progress stays only if you saved it; hitting 0% HP returns you to your last save.
