Commando Force 2 is a 3D first-person arena shooter by Lucky Try in which you drop into a timed match and try to finish with the highest score. You choose between Team Deathmatch, where soldiers split into two sides, and Free For All, where everyone else on the map is a target. Each kill is worth 10 points on the scoreboard, you respawn a few seconds after going down, and the match ends when the clock runs out. Between rounds, the menu holds an Arsenal, a Season 1 pass and daily tasks. That round-based loop is what separates it from the other two shooters on What Games Play: Battleops is a solo story campaign against zombies and soldiers, and Funny Shooter 2 is a level-by-level kill count against cartoon monsters.

How to play Commando Force 2
Every match runs the same way: choose a mode, spawn, rack up eliminations and be on top when the timer hits zero.

Collect rewards and gear up
On the main menu, claim the daily reward and open the Arsenal to buy or equip weapons and armor with the cash shown in the top-right corner.

Press MULTIPLAYER and pick a mode
The MULTIPLAYER button leads to two cards: Team Deathmatch and Free For All. Team Deathmatch splits the soldiers into two teams; Free For All has no teams.

Fight until the clock runs out
The timer and your current rank sit at the top of the screen. Health and armor are at the bottom, ammo is in the bottom-right corner.

Finish first on the scoreboard
Each kill adds 10 points. If you have the highest score when time expires, you win the match.

- Right mouse button for precise aim down the sights
- W A S D or the arrow keys to walk; Space to jump, C to crouch

Team Deathmatch puts you on one of two sides; Free For All makes every other soldier an enemy. The scoring rule is the same in both.
A season pass
The menu shows a Season 1 track with 0/500 progress at the start, and GamePix says rewards unlock through the Battle Pass.

A round we played showed just over two minutes left shortly after spawning, so a match fits into a short break.
Daily tasks for cash
Tasks such as "Kill 40 enemies" and "Use a grenade launcher 3 times" sit on the right side of the menu; the first two each pay 500.
Tips for Commando Force 2
- Fire in bursts. GamePix's own advice is to control your bursts instead of panic-firing; the rifle holds 30 rounds before R.
- Look for health bars. Enemy health bars give away where soldiers are, even before you have a clear shot.
- Move between cover. You cannot choose where enemies spawn, so stay near walls and crates rather than in open lanes.
- Check the minimap. The round map in the top-left shows the arena layout and red markers around you; glance at it before turning a corner.
- Read the task list before a match. Goals such as 40 kills build up across rounds, so you can plan which mode to queue for.
